Нам надо было сдать 10 анализов, включая генетическую тромбофилии. Все есть, которых не было в некоторых лабораториях. А самое главное приемлемые цены! Вежливый персонал и чистое помещение.
Очень приятно удивлена! Очередей не было совсем, в помещении чисто, прохладно и комфортно. Пришла впервые, обычно боюсь сдавать кровь, но процедурная медсестра была настолько аккуратной, что всё прошло без боли и без следа. Результаты пришли уже вечером в тот же день…
Отличная лаборатория. Очень вежливая и заботливая медсестра. Очереди нет, все быстро и безболезненно. И цены очень гуманные. Рекомендую.

Why are your prices so low?
Sapat Lab is a social laboratory — we keep prices about 20% below the market average so tests stay affordable for everyone. This doesn't affect the accuracy or quality of your results.
Is blood draw really included in the price?
For ready-made packages and check-ups, yes — the blood draw is already included, no extra charge. If you order tests separately, the blood draw is billed at 100 som. Swabs, cultures, urine and stool tests have their own small add-ons (swab collection, a container, etc.) — the cart on the site adds them automatically.
How do I get my test results?
Your order form has a 7-character code word — enter it on the /rezultaty page and your results open online. It's free and available 24/7, no need to visit a branch.
How long until my results are ready?
Turnaround time is different for each test — you'll find it listed on that test's page on our website. Check it so you know exactly when to expect your results.
Can I get tested on a Sunday?
Yes — at the Jal-29 branch (Jal-29 microdistrict, 18), from 7:30 to 12:00. On Sundays there's a 15% discount on all tests, except packages and additional services. Other branches are closed on Sundays.
Do I need to prepare for a test?
Preparation depends on the specific test — some require fasting, others have no restrictions at all. Every test's page lists exactly what to do beforehand, so check it before your visit.
How do I pay for my tests?
Payment is accepted only at the branch when you visit — cash or card. Online payment isn't available on the site yet.
How many branches do you have and when are you open?
Sapat Lab has 7 branches across Bishkek. We take samples without an appointment, first come, first served: Monday to Friday 7:30–12:00, Saturday 7:30–10:00 (Jal-29 until 12:00). On Sundays only the Jal-29 branch is open, 7:30–12:00.
