A screening test for IgE antibodies to a mix of the main food allergens: egg white, milk, fish, wheat, peanut, and soy. One overall result: it shows whether you react to at least one of them, but not which.

When to Take This Test

• Reactions to food (rash, itching, swelling, digestive upset) with no clear cause
• First check for the most common food allergens
• As directed by your doctor/allergist
