Frequently asked questions
Where do I find my codeword?
It's a 7-character code on your order slip — we give it to you right after your sample is taken. Keep the slip safe: don't lose it or leave it with anyone else — this code opens your results.
When will my result be available online?
As soon as the test is ready. Turnaround depends on the test type and is shown on each test's page. Once ready, the result is instantly available by codeword.
